The 2026 Accounting Information Systems Educator Association conference will be held June 16-18, 2026 in exciting downtown Denver, CO. All conference activity will be held at the SpringHill Suites in downtown Denver.
- Early Bird Registration (before May 16): $625
- Regular Registration (after May 16): $675
- Hotel rate available until May 16 or rooms run out: $209 plus tax per night
- 3 days of topics covering AIS pedagogy, cases, training, and research
- Free breakfast included in hotel rate
- Lunch included each day
- Social night with dinner and drinks included
- Hotel parking is expensive a rental car is NOT advised or needed
- Use ride share/taxi or public transit train from DIA to downtown

New Hotel Room Block at The Curtis Hotel: There is a fun boutique hotel that is .5 miles away (easy, flat, safe, 10 minute walk) from the conference hotel. It is called The Curtis. The rate is $179 per night (breakfast not included). Room block $179 price is guaranteed for 2 nights. The 3rd night you would need to book separately but they will combine your reservation so that you do not need to move rooms. This group rate is only available to June 1, 2026.
